Because the difference between a proper loadout(even of T1 lol) and a random hodge-podge is. Oh and I really don't like this rng gear system. Ofc, if respec was more readily available(I'm 100% ok with exchanging a dying GK for an extra point, but respec?), then it'd be a non problem with a possible exception of Chappie. Feeding kills feels so archaic, especially if you want to power level these support characters. But that won't exactly help with xp, will it? That brings up some problems with leveling system that is more akin to Sanctus Reach than it is to Battlesector. Chappie though.? He don't have any real damage abilities.just buffs that, yes, enable wacky stuff. Yes, levelling up Paladin or Purifier(and most likely Libby too) isn't a problem. Its usually the easiest way to power level someone. You can use the iron arm arm biomancy to set up stunned enemies and then have the person you want to level do the actual executions for the xp. Librarian just makes it much easier and isn't reliant on unlocking all the research.Originally posted by Moffin Bovin:if you are lucky you can get a sword that increases xp gains by 100%. With 3 uses of Gate of Infinity you can do this quite effectively even without a Librarian. Kill the last one, recover all AP and move to reveal the next one. Then just teleport to the pod, kill all but one and start moving towards the next one with one of the knights as a scout. Once you reveal it, you recover all spent AP. Move your knights until you get the indication that a pod is nearby. The enemy pods are pretty much always around the same places on the different maps so once you've been on the map once, you should know where they are. You can click on the green icons in the lower right corner to jump to them on the map. The objectives are marked from the start. In one or two turns I often don't even find any enemy patrols, much less the objective which is way, way, way far across the map. Please explain how you can finish missions in one to two turns. With Legendary difficulty, it just takes more time getting to that point. Its hard at first but when you understand the mechanics of combat, you can literally finish missions in 1-2 turns.
